Five thousand kilometers from shore, a sea of leviathans snapping at her heels, Marisol has never felt more alive. Nearly a century ago rifts opened and giant magic-blooded bugs called the Swarm descended. Born in a desert village, Sand-Dancer Marisol only wants to sail to the legendary island city for healing seawater for her sickly mama. When leviathans attack and strand her at sea, the System forces her to pick a class—three will save her life, only one lets her stand on water and save her mother. Even with <1% success odds, Marisol will skate to the city or die trying.
