Alice Verianna's research into broken mana and the Society of Starry Eyes' experiments converges as the System underpinning all magic and status progression begins to fail. With the academy and wider Luliv facing catastrophic mana destabilization, Alice must apply her scientific method and accumulated magical advancement to diagnose the root fault.
