A New Home
Sean Oswald
This LitRPG is set in the world of Eloria which features character sheets, stats, spell descriptions, loot drops, and XP but is not in a game. It is set in the same universe as Sean Oswald's bestselling Life in Exile series, but can be read alone as its own story arc. The Nelson family, stranded in the magical world of Talos/Eloria, must grow in levels, classes, and power — navigating dungeons and halls of power — to find A New Home.
Progression: LitRPG progression set in the world of Eloria: explicit character sheets, stats, spell descriptions, loot drops, and XP drive advancement (not a game world — real-world LitRPG in the same universe as Life in Exile). Classes define growth paths (e.g. Jackson's Ironwood Monk class: grows stronger the more damage he takes and can share that toughness with his team). Advancement through dungeon challenges, combat XP, and magical training (e.g. Mira learning magic) is central to the plot.
