Die. Respawn. Repeat.
Silver Linings
Every time he dies, Ethan Hill gains a little more power. Earth was chosen for Integration into a System Interface controlled by alien Integrators, but Ethan knows the honor is a lie. Trapped on an alien planet and caught in a time loop where each death grants strength and insight, he fights for humanity and his own humanity. Across loops he gathers a base of power, confronts Trialgoers who have perfected their Integration (like She-Who-Whispers who controls Isthanok), uncovers the Empty City's secrets about Firmament and Integration, and races against collapsing time itself as rifts open into the past and the Sunken King awakens to swallow the galaxy.
Progression: Time-loop LitRPG with explicit System Interface progression central to every volume. Each death loops Ethan back, granting incremental power: Interface-quantified stats, skills and class-like abilities increase with every iteration. Progression is tracked through Interface access, mastery of Firmament (a distinct energy/power tied to time manipulation), and Trial-based advancement where Trialgoers earn control over aspects of reality. Volume 2 introduces city-scale control as power, volume 3 unlocks time-disruption skills on the cusp of mastery, volume 4 lets Ethan wield both Interface and Firmament like no other, with loops enabling allies to be carried to new heights. Power is earned through repeated death, trial completion, and understanding Integration's underlying purpose — a structured, measurable ascent merging apocalyptic LitRPG with Mother-of-Learning-style time loop mechanics.
